What ages is Raising Your Roots designed for?

Our play experiences are thoughtfully designed for children from infants through approximately 10 years old, with dedicated spaces for toddlers and bigger explorers.

Yes! While our equipment is designed primarily for younger children, older siblings are welcome as long as they play safely and respectfully.

Two (2) Adults always receive complimentary admission with a paying child.

Yes. two (2) Adults are welcome to accompany younger children whenever needed.

Day passes include up to 3 hours of play. Members enjoy unlimited visits and play during regular business hours.

Weekday mornings are generally quieter. Weekends and school holidays are our busiest.

No reservation is required! Simply scan the QR code at our front entrance to complete your waiver, purchase admission, and check in for quick and easy access. How much parking is available? We offer convenient free parking.

Comfortable clothing and socks are best for climbing and exploring.

Why should I become a member?

Members enjoy cost savings per daily visit, unlimited visits, exclusive events, discounts on birthday parties, early registration for programs, guest passes, and much more.

Yes. Memberships can be managed through your online account.

Yes, Depending on your membership level, seasonal pauses may be available.

Yes! Your membership includes admission for up to two adults with your children. Those adults may be parents, grandparents, or other caregivers accompanying the children during their visit.

Each child admission includes two complimentary adult admissions. Any additional adults are welcome to join by purchasing an additional adult admission.

Every party includes:

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and birthday treats. We kindly ask that you clean up your area before you leave to help us keep Raising Your Roots clean and welcoming for all families.

Yes! Our café offers coffee, drinks, snacks, and family-friendly refreshments.

Yes, Outside food is welcome. We kindly ask that you clean up your area before you leave to help us keep Raising Your Roots clean and welcoming for all families.

Are socks required?

Yes. Socks are required for everyone entering the play areas.

No worries! We have socks available for purchase.

Shoes are not permitted inside the play structures. Shoe cubbies are available near the entrance.

Absolutely. Our equipment is professionally installed, inspected, and maintained to meet industry safety standards.

While most bumps and scrapes are a normal part of active play, basic first aid supplies are available on site for minor injuries. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and caring for their children during their visit. If a serious injury or medical emergency occurs, our team will call 911 immediately and provide assistance until emergency personnel arrive.

No. An adult must remain in the building.

Please stay home if anyone in your family has a fever, vomiting, or other contagious illness. Thanks.

All admissions, memberships, party bookings, and purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a birthday party, we’re happy to transfer your reservation to a future available date, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled party.

Only trained service animals are permitted.
